Wandering.....(Open)

Vegeta wandered down the streets of West City. He was so incredibly bored. There had been nothing to do, no one to challenge him...nothing. He walked down the street, constantly tripping people, and trying to pick fights. But everyone was afraid of him since the Martial Arts Tournament accident even though he had helped save the enitre planet, but this is what he gets as a thank you. Not that fear was a bad thing, it was just so boring at times. Could this day get any worse? It started to rain just as he thought that. He looked up at the sky. "Thanks......." The rain hadn't really bothered him, so he kept walking. Vegeta perked up and raised his power level, hoping that someone would sense him and come find him.

Walking slowly across the ground, Cell felt the tremendous amount of energy. Recognizing it immediately, he smirked. "So, it seems as if Vegeta is still alive." He said to himself before floating into the air. Reaching the top of his arc, he suddenly flashed across the sky at an incredible speed. Within seconds he'd reached where Vegeta was. Landing softly on the ground, Cell looked right at Vegeta. "Hello, Vegeta." He said, smiling. The last time that the two had met, Goku had killed him. But after a few years, Cell had been revived, brought back to life, and someday soon he'd recreate the Cell Games...
