Appearance: Akira has shoulder length brown hair that seems to have a small hint of blond in it. His long eyelashes usually hide his purple eyes, and if that doesn't work, he has black goggles that'll go over them. His build if fairly sleek, and it seems as if his body is always itching to be moving. As for his clothing, it changes from day to day, but he almost always wears blue jeans and a jacket over a short sleeved shirt. The colors and designs vary, but he likes to keep things simple. His shoes are white with little swirls of blue upon them, and have the numer 666 upon them, the mark of the beast.
Personality: Akira is a little hard to handle if you're not used to him. At first he comes off fairly quiet among new people, but after a few minutes he'll get comfortable and settle into himself, talking a lot more than he does to new people. A straightforward guy, he doesn't like beating around the bush and hates it even more when people play games with him and his friends. If he had it his way, Akira would merely attack the leader of the group as soon as possible. But he knows his drawbacks, and is slightly cautious when he believes he's falling behind. Constantly pushing himself to get stronger, Akira's will is too strong to be broken. Constantly falling for the girls, he's just another pervert in Japan (have you seen their manga?).

The Monster Within
Unlike most people with 'supernatural' powers, Akira's comes from the inside and can be either good or evil. The truth is that a demon of some sorts was sealed in him and gives Akira his true power. However, it is up to Kira to choose his path: the light or the darkness.
Darkness - Although he tries his hardest, sometimes Akira cannot withhold the darkness within him. At times like this, a blazing red aura can be seen swirling around his body, along with a couple strings of black aura mingled within it. His body becomes twice its original size (of course his strength is increased), and one giant wing sprouts from the left half of his back. This wing is pure black and is more darkness than anything. With increased finger nail length (of course), he can easily break through the hardest of metal like it was paper. His hair also becomes black instead of brown.
Light - When he's in full control of his powers, Akira is able to summon up his Light self who has an angelic appearance. Like this, a brilliant white aura can be seen swirling around him with black runes appearing here and there. These runes are actually the name of his demon, although few can actually read them these days. Instead of having a black wing like his dark self, an angel's wing (full of white feathers) can be seen sprouting from the right side of his back. His once brown hair now turns white.
Another thing that his enemies should know is that when he's using his powers, he can control the aura he has, allowing him to make weapons, energy blasts, and other various things. The only downside is that in his dark form, he has no control.

History:
Before he was out of his mother's womb, a group of ancient warriors made a decision: the next demon that the world saw would be held within his body. Soon enough, a new menace soon appeared. However, it was a fallen angel that had been tainted by the sins of the world. With the darkness inside of him, the angel slowly began to lose control, and the ancient warriors had brought him down, sealing the demonic angel inside of Akira soon after his birth. His beloved mother died, holding her son in her hands, telling him that no matter what happened, the light would find a way to free him from the darkness inside.
Years went by, and Akira grew up with his lazy father who could never keep a solid job. The old man was a drinker, and rarely ever noticed Akira. In his mind, Akira was the person that took the woman he loved away from him. Not knowing of the burden he had within him, the rest of his life was normal. He went to school (although he was very bright and seemed to be surpassing the other students), hung out with his friends, and even was working his own website about manga.
But, it couldn't always be that way. On his thirteenth birthday, something terrible happened that unleashed him from the rest of the world. With a small group of friends at his party, Akira had been arguing with them about what sport to play. One of his 'friends' had gotten mad and started claiming that Akira was the worst person on the football (soccer) team. The two went back and forth between Akira lost control. His body started shaking and a dark aura started swirling around him. Losing full control, Akira had killed all of his friends there, and was faced with a choice. He could stay there and be sent away, or leave his home forever and go into hiding. He chose the second one.
Living on the streets, he got a first hand view on how the world worked. More and more often he was forced into his dark mode, killing anybody that had gotten him mad. Around this time, a routine check made by the ancient warriors had happened. One of the warriors had discovered what had happened, and left in search of Akira. Before long, the two met, and the man introduced himself as Tre. The two got along, and Tre told Akira the truth about him. In the end, Tre showed Akira how to control the power, but by helping him out, Tre was betraying the order he'd pledged himself in. In front of Akira's own eyes, his mentor, friend, and the man he thought of as his father, had died.
Unable to gain revenge at that moment, he pledged to one day end the world, no matter what happened. After that day, his eyes became purple from the demonic affects. With so much hatred in the demon and Akira, the two naturally bonded together, adding more power, and also ore of a chance of changing. Wearing goggles to hide his eyes, Akira has been alone in the world ever since then, searching for the order.

Cell's personality changes throughout the saga. He's unique because he's very sophisticated. As he grows stronger, he becomes more patient, and as he absorbs others, he's able to manipulate people to do his bidding. At first, Cell merely wanted to complete his perfection, but eventually he just wanted to see how strong he truly was. He merely desires pure entertainment and doesn't care if he dies or not. Many people as call him an it, because no one really likes it when something tries to destroy your home.

Absorbtion
Cell's tail serves one special purpose: to absorb other beings into his body. Cell will gain all of the strength of the person he has absorbed. Cell has two methods of absorption. The first method is to stab the person with the sharp end of his tail. The tail will then suck up all of the organic matter of the victim, leaving the clothing behind. Cell has a second method of absorption, made for people who he wants every bit of strength from. Instead of stabbing the person and draining the person's life force, Cell will instead absorb the person whole. Cell will open up the pointy end of his stinger, and it will become a giant sucker. Cell will bring the sucker down on the person, and the sucker will suck them through Cell's tail into his body. The person will be held unconscious in Cell's body. This method was made for Android 17 and 18, who, due to not being organic, had to be absorbed whole. This is Cell's preferred method, as it gives him full power. Even though Cell's tail retracted after becoming Perfect Cell, it is shown that Cell can still bring his stinger out and absorb other people using this technique. The tail can also be used for strangulation, a move likely copied from Frieza.

History:
When Cell was first awakened in his timeline, both Android 17 and Android 18 were not present, either deactivated (with a specially built remote control by Bulma, reminiscent of what Dr. Gero utilised to deactivate all his Androids had they displayed a demeanor of insubordination) or destroyed by Future Trunks. In order to complete his evolution, he killed Future Trunks and stole his time machine, going back in time to the date set by Future Trunks in the "standard" timeline when both Androids were still functional, sometime between the 3 years before the Androids arrived. In order to fit into the machine, Cell had to revert back to an egg.
Once in the past, he hid underground for three years until he could grow back to his adult, humanoid self. When he completed his transformation, his first actions were to exterminate several towns, absorbing the human inhabitants within. After completing his feeding on the humans in Ginger Town, Cell was confronted by Piccolo. After a brief struggle and explaining who he was, Future Trunks and Krillin showed up. Future Trunks' presence in the past was a surprise to Cell, as was the fact that Goku hadn't died of his heart disease and was still alive. Outnumbered, Cell quickly used the Solar Flare to temporarily blind his opponents and escape.
Cell decided to use a hit-and-run strategy at this point, hiding from the Z Fighters while going from town to town absorbing humans and gaining the power he needs to be able to take on the androids. Piccolo and Tien worked on tracking him while Future Trunks and Krillin killed the current (main) timeline's Cell while still in his infancy. Eventually, after absorbing several tens of thousands of humans, Cell detected a large ki; knowing that this had to be Piccolo he deduced that the only thing that could make him fight so hard would be the Androids. Cell wasted no time and quickly headed to the area; as he figured, he found Piccolo and Android 17 engaged in battle.
Cell interrupted the fight and attacked Android 17. As Cell was preparing to absorb Android 17, Piccolo attacked him, freeing Android 17 from his grasp. When Android 17 learned what Cell had planned, he dismissed the threat, thinking that he was much more powerful than Cell could ever be, and attacked. After knocking away Android 17, he fought and beat Piccolo. With Piccolo out of the way, Cell was able to attack Android 17 again. He had almost absorbed him when Android 16 got involved. Android 16 then stated according to his calculations he was just equivalent to Cell in both strength and speed, and portended that he'd be the one to kill Cell. After a struggle, Android 16 had injured Cell, but before he could finish him off, Android 17 interrupted because he wanted to finish Cell off himself. Cell used this opportunity to burst out of the ground directly behind Android 17 and quickly absorbed him, evolving into Semi-Perfect Cell.
Semi-Perfect Cell is a form Cell achieved after absorbing Android 17 but before getting to Android 18.
Android 16, knowing that he was now well outmatched, attempted to flee with Android 18, but Cell easily intercepted them. In a display of his new power he took a direct hit from Android 16 without injury and then easily blasted the Android. Cell turned to Android 18, but she threatened to self destruct before joining him. In an attempt to pacify her, he pretended to be Android 17 and told her how wonderful it was to be part of Cell and fulfilling "the great" Dr. Gero's vision; Android 16, still functional but badly damaged warned her of the ploy, something she already knew since Android 17 despised Dr. Gero. When his plan failed, Cell prepared to attempt to absorb 18 by force regardless, thinking that he was fast enough to prevent her from destroying herself. He was prevented by Tien though, who used his Tri-beam attack several times to stall Cell. Though Cell did not take any significant damage from the assault, it managed to hold him at bay long enough for Android 16 and Android 18 to make their escape. Though Tenshinhan was exhausted right to the point of death (and soon fell unconscious), Cell decided to kill him anyway as retribution; before he could fire though, Goku intervened and teleported to their location using Instant Transmission. Cell, wanting to fight Goku, flew towards him when he grabbed Piccolo. Before Cell could make contact, Goku used Instant Transmission again, carrying an unconscious Tenshinhan and a barely alive Piccolo back to safety at Kami's Lookout.
Without anyone to oppose him, Cell continued his search for Android 18. He had begun to destroy islands where Android 18 could be taking shelter when Vegeta approached and challenged him. Cell was soon shocked to discover that Vegeta was significantly more powerful than his new body, as the fight was entirely one sided. Even after powering up, he was unable to injure the Saiyan, who now called himself Super Vegeta. Knowing that he was incapable of defeating Vegeta in a physical battle, Cell appealed to Vegeta's ego, stating that if he were in his Perfect body he would be a much better challenge. Vegeta, wanting a stronger opponent, agreed to Cell's proposition. When Future Trunks refused to allow it, Cell called on Vegeta to remove him as an obstacle while he went after the recently discovered Android 18. Cell charged the Android with Future Trunks in hot pursuit until Vegeta kicked Future Trunks out of the way. Future Trunks retaliated by quickly blasting Vegeta and going after Cell again, but Cell was ready and used the Solar Flare to temporarily blind everyone long enough for him to absorb Android 18. Cell then put up an impenetrable barrier while he evolved yet again, this time to Perfect Cell.
Perfect Cell is an ultimate form of Cell which he assumed after absorbing all Androids he needed to be complete.
Krillin was enraged by Android 18's absorption and immediately attacked Cell. However, Cell barely registered the hit, and he "lightly" kicked Krillin away, nearly killing him. Vegeta, unimpressed by the display, was eager to resume the battle, which Cell obliged. Cell merely toyed with Vegeta at the beginning, absorbing his attacks without any sign of damage; when he did strike back, the kick he delivered blew Vegeta away, smashing him into a rock formation. Vegeta then challenged Cell to take his next attack head on without dodging it and fired his ultimate attack, the Final Flash. Cell nearly takes the full brunt of the shot, vaporizing everything to the right side above his torso. Though Vegeta thought he was victorious, Cell proved otherwise; his cells from Frieza allowed him to survive and function with virtually any wound and those of Piccolo allowed him to regenerate from damage instantly. Almost immediately following the attack Cell regrew the destroyed area and was back. Vegeta now attacked in desperation, firing off dozens of Ki bolts, but Cell simply walked through it and with one swift combination of attacks incapacitated the Saiyan.
With Vegeta out of the picture, Future Trunks was free to fully power up without worrying about injuring his father's pride. He soon reached full power, and was apparently stronger than Cell; the downside was that the increased muscle mass drained his stamina quickly and made Future Trunks significantly slower as well: he could not land any hits on Cell. Vegeta later tells that, unlike what Future Trunks originally thought, he also can fully power up his body but doesn't do so because of this ability's weakness and scolds Future Trunks for not realising the weakness until now. Cell chided Future Trunks, stating that simple brute force is worthless and quickly demonstrated that he too could increase his muscle size if he desired. At this point Future Trunks forfeited the match and was willing to allow Cell to kill him. Cell considered it, but decided not to after realizing how much more powerful Vegeta and Future Trunks had become in just a few days, and that Goku would be challenging him soon. He instead decided to hold a Cell Games in ten days, taking all challengers since he saw it would be a good way to test his new power. He also admits to Future Trunks that he has no interest in conquest--just entertainment, primarily through the fear of others.
Cell spent the next morning creating the arena where he would hold his tournament, the Cell Games, and then makes a live television broadcast of it to the world. He stated that he would take on as many challengers as there are and, if he is able to go through them all, he will then exterminate all life on the Earth. While at the arena waiting for the day of the competition to arrive Goku arrived briefly to check Cell's power level and they engaged in small talk. This is then followed by an attack by the Earth's army, but this proves hopeless as Cell, with a single gesture, destroys them all with a form of psychokinesis.
Super Perfect Cell is a self-proclaimed form of Cell after he survived self destruction and absorbed Goku's cells (because he exploded at King Kai's Planet together with Goku, King Kai, Bubbles, and Gregory).
Because of Cell's organ that allows regeneration, he is miraculously unharmed, regenerates, surprisingly to his Perfect Form. The organ (known as the "Nucleus") had stored the memory of Cell's Perfect power, and regenerated to that form despite the loss of Android 18. Also due to his Saiyan trait of extreme power increase after healing from injury, he was much stronger then his original Perfect Form, his power was increased to the point that he was seen with lightning sparks in his aura much like Gohan's Super Saiyan 2 state. It is quite possible that this form is nearly as powerful than a Super Saiyan 2 even though he's never seen fighting Super Saiyan 2 Gohan at full strength; he injures his arm with one ki blast and without much effort. To top things off, he absorbed Goku's cells and learned Instant Transmission; with all these improvements he now considered himself Super Perfect Cell (Ultimate Perfection in the Funimation dub).

Vegeta later tells that, unlike what Future Trunks originally thought, he also can fully power up his body but doesn't do so because of this ability's weakness and scolds Future Trunks for not realising the weakness until now. Cell chided Future Trunks, stating that simple brute force is worthless and quickly demonstrated that he too could increase his muscle size if he desired. At this point Future Trunks forfeited the match and was willing to allow Cell to kill him. Cell considered it, but decided not to after realizing how much more powerful Vegeta and Future Trunks had become in just a few days, and that Goku would be challenging him soon. He instead decided to hold a Cell Games in ten days, taking all challengers since he saw it would be a good way to test his new power. He also admits to Future Trunks that he has no interest in conquest--just entertainment, primarily through the fear of others.
Cell spent the next morning creating the arena where he would hold his tournament, the Cell Games, and then makes a live television broadcast of it to the world. He stated that he would take on as many challengers as there are and, if he is able to go through them all, he will then exterminate all life on the Earth. While at the arena waiting for the day of the competition to arrive Goku arrived briefly to check Cell's power level and they engaged in small talk. This is then followed by an attack by the Earth's army, but this proves hopeless as Cell, with a single gesture, destroys them all with a form of psychokinesis.
Super Perfect Cell is a self-proclaimed form of Cell after he survived self destruction and absorbed Goku's cells (because he exploded at King Kai's Planet together with Goku, King Kai, Bubbles, and Gregory).
Because of Cell's organ that allows regeneration, he is miraculously unharmed, regenerates, surprisingly to his Perfect Form. The organ (known as the "Nucleus") had stored the memory of Cell's Perfect power, and regenerated to that form despite the loss of Android 18. Also due to his Saiyan trait of extreme power increase after healing from injury, he was much stronger then his original Perfect Form, his power was increased to the point that he was seen with lightning sparks in his aura much like Gohan's Super Saiyan 2 state. It is quite possible that this form is nearly as powerful than a Super Saiyan 2 even though he's never seen fighting Super Saiyan 2 Gohan at full strength; he injures his arm with one ki blast and without much effort. To top things off, he absorbed Goku's cells and learned Instant Transmission; with all these improvements he now considered himself Super Perfect Cell (Ultimate Perfection in the Funimation dub).
