The little info about your character
Name: Hunter Kirizaki
Alias: Shadow
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Hometown: Borada
Current Location: Traveler
Appearance: Picture's too big, so I linked it instead. Click.
Personality: Quite the kind and unique individual, he has a belief that the world is something that should be shared, and that those people who would kill to protect their territories are just greedy and evil. He thinks that he should be allowed to go anywhere, do nearly anything (within reason) and meet anyone.
Hunter will fight for the weak, and defend those who can't defend themselves. He fights for what he believes is right, and refuses to fail in defending his allies. He is a respectable warrior, and loves to make friends.
He always seems to talk like a gentleman, though in truth he hates being formal, and is a casual man. Most people think he's somewhat strange due to this. Hunter has the habit of voicing his beliefs, and also has the habit of telling people about things that most people would keep personal. He doesn't seem to care if people know about him.
Hunter always tries to stay on a person's good side, unless they do something that he finds unacceptable. To stay on people's good sides, he apologizes a lot, "Sorry" being his most commonly said word.

The true secrets
Abilities: Hunter has incredibly dark abilities, those that are commonly thought of as those of an evildoer in most manga and anime series. He has shadow powers, complete control over shadows, darkness, and all such elements of the like.
Hunter is able to move the shadows about, force them to flow like the ocean waves, and whip them out like a bullwhip. He can make them form around him, lift him up, let him float on darkness. He can basically do most things with Shadows, and can even turn them solid, into real objects like needles, swords, or axes, or even things like telephones (No, they don't work, unless you happen to have a shadow phone, do you?) But, the largest he can go depends on how many shadows he can gather, and even if he has an incredible amount of shadows, the most he can go is up to the size of a tree.
One of his most commonly created items are shadow needles. These needles are nearly impossible to see, and even harder to hear. He will use these a lot in a fight, setting them to launch out of the shadows at the enemies, going at incredible speeds. In second place of most commonly created are blades. He will occasionally make the shadows into swords, daggers, axes, spears, and anything else with blades. This is what he does when the opponent is stunned in battle.
The power’s main weakness is sunlight. When Hunter is in direct sunlight, he has less shadows to use, which weaens his powers incredibly. He is also weakened by other sources of light, such as flashlights and lightbulbs. The only source of light he is not weakened by is Fire, for some strange unknown reason. It is theorized that the flickering shadows the fire gives off actually boosts his powers.
As far as physical weaknesses, Hunter isn’t incredibly strong. He lacks muscle in his upper body.
Weapons: Hunter uses a diamond-tipped spear that was originally a family heirloom, but was modified after his parent’s death to become a fighting weapon.
Special Items: Hunter always carries around a bag full of supplies. Considering he’s a traveler, he needs to carry all of his things.

All about the past
Father: Daiyo Kirizaki/Male/Father/Deceased
Mother: Kaoru Kirizaki/Female/Mother/Deceased
Siblings: N/A
History: Hunter was born in Borada, a small, peaceful village town in Japan, his dad being a farmer and his mom a seamstress. For most of his childhood, Hunter worked with his dad on the field, which made him quite physically fit. He quickly developed muscles by age fifteen. This led to him taking part in many physical excercises, like morning runs, and soon he took over most of the farm work.
But, things weren't meant to last, as when Hunter turned 17, a group of raiders entered the village. Fire was set to the houses, and Hunter was left cowering in the corner with his parents, until they stormed their house. His parents died that day, and he was about to die.
Hunter, though, was a fighter, and unlike his parents who had grown old and weak, he was strong enough to force the raiders back, and through pure luck, was able to kill off the raiders.
How horrible it was to lose his parents! It tore at Hunter, made him feel broken, ate at his soul, until finally he pulled himself together. Sitting there crying wouldn't solve anything. His parents deserved a burial, and the raiders deserved to be burned.
Eventually, Hunter packed up some supplies from the home, and left. He couldn't stay there, there was too much sadness ,and how could he run a farm by himself? He sold the farm to a family who had survived with all of their money, and set out.
