Its existence is known to few outside its ranks. For many years, it has been funded secretly and unknowingly by the U.S Government though the contacts of Aaron Hammond, the debt it has been causing the government being covered up by the war in Iraq.

Spearheaded by The Assimilator, it is a private army that has been growing ever since Aaron's discovery of the NanoCube, which gave him his newfound powers. Using his charasmatic nature, Aaron has recruited countless numbers of people into the Assimilation, for both soldiers and loyalists. Its followers are imbued with mechanical implants which allow them to link with the Overmind, which allows the entire Assimilation to work as one, unstoppable force. Though it has not made its appearence yet, the Assimilator continues his work, and his true goals are known only to himself.

The main weapon of the Assimilation are the Trinoughts, very similar in appearence to the Tripods in War of the Worlds.



These machines are unparalelled in their power, capable of melding with the mind of its pilot and the overmind, making these machines truly powerful. These are the only known weapons of the Assimilation, however.

The Assimilation continues to act in secret until the time is right. Until then, The Assimilator sits back and observes the behaviors of the inhabitants of Earth, developing his plan to adapt to the new ways of Earth.
